Every young person is connected, empowered, and able to shape a brighter future.
FYM imagines a future where background, ability, geography, or circumstance do not determine whether a young person can learn, participate, contribute, and grow.
Future Youth Myanmar was founded by students who believed young people could help rebuild the connections communities need: between children and education, families and livelihoods, communities and services, and young people and future pathways.

FYM imagines a future where background, ability, geography, or circumstance do not determine whether a young person can learn, participate, contribute, and grow.
Through education, disability inclusion, livelihoods, psychosocial wellbeing, and community resilience initiatives, FYM strengthens communities by building practical connections and trusted partnerships.
FYM believes meaningful and sustainable impact is created not only by providing resources, but by connecting people. The organization remains flexible and community-driven by mobilising existing capacities through partnership.
Identify community needs and opportunities.
Connect communities with individuals and organizations that can help.
Facilitate partnerships that create lasting value.
Mobilise existing knowledge, skills, and resources.
Strengthen local capacity through collaboration and shared learning.
These values guide how FYM members work with communities, partners, children, and young people.
We respond with empathy, respect, and practical care for children, young people, families, and communities.
We create opportunities by bringing communities together with people and organizations that can help.
We respect every person regardless of age, gender, ability, background, or circumstance.
We believe young people are active contributors to positive change today.
We strengthen ourselves and our communities through curiosity, innovation, and lifelong learning.
Our roots are in Myanmar, and our commitment is to the wellbeing and resilience of its people.
The safety, dignity, and wellbeing of children are central to FYM's work. Across programmes, FYM promotes age-appropriate activities, respects children's rights and privacy, ensures appropriate supervision, and maintains zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, neglect, harassment, or discrimination.
FYM collaborates with children, young people, families, schools, universities, disability centres, community organizations, civil society organizations, private sector partners, and development agencies to expand opportunity through shared responsibility and local ownership.
FYM will continue serving with compassion, integrity, and purpose, working alongside communities to strengthen resilience, promote inclusion, and inspire young leaders.
